Overview

Kèr Cèsvùdiē̼ùkē was founded durring the late 10th century, by Garepí Belíhgùru. The establishment of Kèr Cèsvùdiē̼ùkē was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Garepí Belíhgùru struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Kèr Cèsvùdiē̼ùkē as a prison colony.

Kèr Cèsvùdiē̼ùkē was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 10th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Cèsvùdiē̼ùkē is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber and earth construction, with most buildigns first floors resembling mounds of earth, with subsequent floors appearing as elaborate log cabins, with each building forming a tiered pyramid of sorts fromed from the stack of rectangular, peek roofed cabins. Most wooden bracing, support, and trim is carved with decorative knotwork, and the larger structures even feature painted trim which emphasises the knotwork.

Kèr Cèsvùdiē̼ùkē is was constructed arround several premissive paverstone mainstreets which cross one another at certain axies, with smaller streets branching off of them to premit acess to the many buildings deeper into the road network. The overall fashion is remenessent of a circulatory system, or other organic construct, and is quite effishent in its design. The town posesses a fortified albit thin wall of querried stone. This wall posesses most of the features of a castle wall, though it is constructed from cheeper inferior stone. It would pose a minor chalange for an attacking army, though it's clear the wall's true purpose is to crush the hopes of bandits and marauders. The failry decent fortifications has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.

A look around Kèr Cèsvùdiē̼ùkē gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring jsut long enough for it to be uncomfortable. Beneath this surface, the people of Kèr Cèsvùdiē̼ùkē can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general.
